All orders are processed and prepared within approximately 24 to 48 hours of purchase confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information when available.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days from the date your order ships.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond Renova Serum’s control, such as carrier delays, periods of high demand, holidays, logistical issues, or exceptional circumstances.

Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

In some cases, tracking information may take a few hours or days to update after your order has shipped.

Shipping Address

We cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to change the address once your order has been processed or shipped.
